Job Description
Develop, test, and implement process adjustments and/or new manufacturing techniques to reduce cost/waste, and to improve safety, product quality, and manufacturing efficiency.
Utilize ITW’s Toolbox in leading change, providing troubleshooting on process and tooling, and draft/design layouts/workspace to achieve maximum efficiency.
Create and develop engineering project documentation, Standard Operating Procedures, and train production employees.
Perform capacity planning/provide solutions to meet continued growth. Manage capital projects from quoting/approval through implementation/training.
Support maintenance in root cause analysis, strategies to reduce mechanical downtime, and drafting/implementing preventive maintenance practices.
Perform other tasks and functions as directed for the benefit of the business.

The Quality Engineer maintains overall responsibility for supplier's controls and performance monitoring. The QE will also be responsible for the following:
Follows all ISO 9001 quality system requirements and plant safety systems.
Works with all departments to develop, maintain and assure the quality system effectiveness.
Responsible for the continued development, maintenance, and monitoring of the SPC system in Infinity.
Update SOPs, Work Instructions, and Component Specifications in the TMS system. Dispositions nonconforming materials and maintains active control over all plant MRB areas. Responsible for the continued development and maintenance of the supplier system.
Works with Texwipe Sales in managing customer interaction and audits.
Provides detailed customer reports. Meets with customers/ suppliers for remote meetings after normal business hours and at their manufacturing and/or distribution sites.
Hosts customer audits.
Performs onsite supplier audits as required by the QMS.
Performs data collection and analysis and issues quality reports to Management.
Provides support and leadership to

The Building Engineer I will perform all duties, working under limited supervision to monitor building systems operations and performance and ensure the building and/or portfolio of buildings are maintained at the highest standards as required while maintaining state and city code compliance. The Building Engineer I will perform all duties, working under limited supervision to monitor building systems operations and performance and ensure the building and/or portfolio of buildings are maintained at the highest standards as required while maintaining state and city code compliance. They will be responsible for engineering operations and directing vendors, subcontractors and other Building Engineers. They will utilize their advanced skills to perform complex preventive maintenance and corrective repair of the buildings, industrial systems, equipment and grounds. Responds quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.
Collaborate with Property Management Team to address customer relationships/retention.
Promote engineering best practices and emphasizing continuous improvement related to all engineering related matters.
Implement and maintain accurate record keeping of relevant building information.
Ensure proper timing of purchases and expenditures so that proper cash flow is maintained.

Qualifications
Education/Experience:
1 - 2+ years relevant experience in modern office building. Strong “hands on” troubleshooting skills in HVAC, electrical and plumbing.
Two year trade school certificate emphasizing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety and building control systems preferred.
