You will be joining a tech startup working with high-profile clients with a mission of helping people through technology.

What you will be doing:

Position Mission: To develop scalable and industry innovative features in accordance with the roadmap communicated to Customers and Shareholders. 

This role will be a hands-on developer with lead responsibilities with the engineers.   This key individual will work with the founders and the engineering team to grow and scale the product as we deliver on the roadmap. The product is live and in production with many Customers so the Development Lead may have Customer facing opportunities when it comes to reviewing features and functionalities.

• Contribute by developing features and reviewing pull requests.
• Create and review architecture diagrams for new features and solutions.
• Communicate with Product leadership on roadmap and schedules.
• Lead developers from a technical perspective. (Lead Stand-ups, Code Reviews etc)
• Maintain responsibility for product velocity.
• Provide Level 3 Engineering support as required to complement the Customer Success and Support team. 
• Look for new and innovative ways to provide value.
• Attend meetings virtually on camera with global team members 
   

Qualifications

What we are looking for in you:

• In-depth experience and knowledge with .Net/C# development desktop application development
• React Web development experience
• Working with Relational Databases (Preferably MSSQL)
• Azure Experience with working knowledge of App Service, SQL, Blobs, and preferably Azure CDN 
• Ability to lead a small and growing team of engineers who are distributed across the US
• Bring architectural and complex design of enterprise solutions experience 
• Ability to work in CST and PST time zones
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship (Required).

Nice to haves:

• Experience with Windows endpoint management platforms a plus, such as SCCM, Intune, etc.  Our software acts as a plug-in for these platforms
• Experience automating Windows OS installations is a plus. Our software can run in Windows PE to install Windows.
